This weeks equipment: the Vevo LAZR-X! The Vevo LAZR-X system combined the power of high frequency ultrasound and photo acoustics into one single platform for highly sensitive in vivo imaging. This technology allows you to look deep inside organ tissues, for instance to visualize the vascularization of the tumor within those organs. In addition, the method can be used to track fluorescently labeled anti-cancer drugs or nanoparticles.
